HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1: Below you will find a list of all counselling and coaching places currently available with Heart & Mind. Choose the slot that fits your regular, weekly availability and let us know what support and help you are looking for. You will receive a booking reference once your registration has been submitted successfully
Step 2: We will get in touch by email and offer you an initial consultation with a team member suited to your individual needs, preferences and chosen slot
Step 3: Secure your appointment and get ready for your initial consultation
After your initial consultation: You can book additional consultations directly with your counsellor or coach. There is no set time limit for the work and you only pay for the consultations you book. Please bear in mind that it won’t be possible to change your weekly timings. Subsequent sessions will take place each week, on the same day and time as your initial consultation. If your time slot no longer works or your counsellor or coach isn't the right fit, come back here and book another appointment. We will do our best to match you with another suitable counsellor or coach.
